Pastor’s Minute 2-22-26

The disciples were in a boat crossing the sea.

A storm rose up and the wind was contrary.

The waves were high.

The weather was raging.

As the disciples looked into the storm, they saw Jesus!

He was walking on the water!

Simon Peter cried out… Lord if it is you, bid me come!

Jesus said… come!

Without missing a beat, Peter stepped out of the boat and started walking on the water to Jesus!

Remember… no matter how big the storm is you should do two things.

1. Look into the storm.

Jesus will always be there. And…

2. Step into the storm.

That is the moment your miracle takes place!

When you take a step toward Jesus it is always a step in the right direction!

The storm will never defeat you because He is in the midst of the storm!

It only took one Noah to build the ark!

It only took one Joseph to save the nation of Israel!

It only took one Daniel to save Babylon!

It only took one David to defeat Goliath!

It only took one Elijah to call fire from Heaven!

Think of what God can do with you!

He has had a plan and purpose for your life since before you were born!

Remember, there might be a million reasons why the miracle can’t happen.

But it only takes one reason for it to happen!

Your prayers make a difference!

Daniel was despised by evil men because he prayed!

They passed a decree that forced the King to throw him in the lion’s den!

But Daniel survived all night!

The next morning, the King couldn’t wait to see if Daniel was okay.

Daniel proclaimed… Oh King, the Lord has saved me from the mouth of the Lions!

The King was so excited that he proclaimed that Daniel’s God was the True God!

There was a revival in Babylon!

Think what can happen in California if God’s people pray!

Your prayers do make a difference!

Remember… He’s all I need!

Focus on things that focus on Jesus!

Life is filled with clutter and things that distract us.

The lady in scripture was zeroed in on Jesus!

She had spent all she had on doctors and trying to fix her own problem.

Then she realized, Jesus was the answer.

She proclaimed… If I can just touch the hem of His garment, I know I will be made whole!

Jesus said, your faith has made you whole!

Being sold out to Jesus always brings the best results!

We need not try to solve our problems in our own ability!

Jesus is all I need!

This month is Right to Life month.

The March for Life in Washington DC was this past Friday and it was the largest crowd ever!

Thank God for life!

The culture of abortion is the culture of death!

But Jesus brings the culture of LIFE to all!

Millions of babies have been murdered through the horrible choice of their own mother!

The statistics reveal that at least 88 % of women will decide to keep the baby if they see an ultrasound of the unborn child!

Something about seeing the living, breathing child on the screen that changes everything!

In like manner, what would it be like if we had a machine that would show people a picture of their soul?

What if they could see themselves in eternity?

It would change their attitude about becoming a Christian and getting in church!

It would truly change everything!

People would start putting God first and get sold out to Him!

What a revival that would bring to the world!

Let’s believe it!

Regardless of your situation, God knows how to fix it!

We have this hope!

Let us not be weary in well doing!

Take the opportunity to be thankful for all God has done!

We would be nothing without Him!

People don’t realize He provides everything we need. Even the air we breathe!

He is in control of our universe!

The largest detail and the smallest detail is in His hands!

When your life is experiencing a misfire, just get connected to His spiritual diagnostic machine and He can fix everything!
