🙏🌿🌹🌼🌷🌿 Good, good morning my dear brothers and sisters in Christ, God's amazing love, peace and mercy be yours on this wonderful Saturday of the Twentieth Week in Ordinary Time. Lord, we give You thanks and praise for this new day, oh how great is Your never-ending faithfulness!!! "Your steadfast love, O Lord, extends to the heavens, your faithfulness to the clouds." Psalm 36:5. Amen and Alleluia! 🌿🌹🌼🌷🌿 Today the Church celebrates the Memorial of the Queenship of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
At your right stands the queen in robes of gold,
finely arrayed. Cf. Ps 45 (44):10
O God, who made the Mother of your Son
to be our Mother and our Queen,
graciously grant that, sustained by her intercession,
we may attain in the heavenly Kingdom
the glory promised to your children.
Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son,
who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
God, for ever and ever. Amen.
Sisters and brothers, today is Day 53 in Thanksgiving of our Novena and we are praying and pondering upon the Luminous Mysteries. This prayer community, along with all of its prayer intentions, will be lifted up to our Lord and our Lady at this morning's mass and will be remembered in our prayers. God bless all of you for always filling in the gap of prayer for your fellow warriors. Let us continue to pray for world peace, peace in our homes and heart, for those who have no one to pray for them, and all in need of healing: physically, spiritually, financially, or emotionally. We especially remember all of our loved ones that the good Lord has called home. May their souls and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the great mercy of God, rest in eternal peace, amen!!🙏🙏🙏

The Fourth Luminous Mystery, The Transfiguration of Our Lord Jesus
"This is My beloved Son; listen to him" (Mark 9:7).
These words are spoken by God the Father to Peter, James, and John at the occasion of Jesus' Transfiguration. At that moment for the only time before His glorious Resurrection, Jesus' divinity shone forth from His body. But we might ask, which words of Jesus is the Father referring to?
Well, perhaps especially the words spoken just before this scene in the gospel. Words about His Cross, words about how if you and I are going to say yes to His invitation to follow Him, it means that we, too, must take up our cross. This can be and is hard. It lends itself easily to discouragement. The Christian life is no casual stroll in the park. It will be and it is arduous.
Much like a coach reminding his players of the goal they're training so hard for, so Jesus after speaking about the Cross lets the three apostles, and now us, get a glimpse of the goal, a glimpse of what comes after the Cross - His Cross and your cross.
