Today, our GOYA Executive Board took their oath of office, beginning another year of faith, fellowship, service, and leadership within our Saint George community.
Please join us in praying for our Executive Board and for all of our GOYA members as they step into a new year filled with so many opportunities to grow together in Christ and in friendship.
Throughout the year, our youth take part in:
• Religious retreats
• Dances
• Basketball & volleyball
• Greek dancing
• Sights & Sounds
• Soccer
• Indoor & Outdoor Olympics
• Community service
• And so much more
Their service extends far beyond activities and athletics. Twice a year, our GOYAns volunteer their time to clean our cemetery and lay wreaths, honoring those who came before us and caring for a place that means so much to our parish family.
There are many ways to support our youth throughout the year:
• Attend their car washes
• Sign up to have them Christmas carol
• Join us for the GOYA-hosted Super Bowl party
• Support their 30 Hour Famine
• Or simply make a donation to help strengthen their ministry
• Donate food to their food drive
Every act of support helps give our young people opportunities to grow in faith, leadership, service, and community.
