Cross Pointe exists to connect people to God, to each other, and to the world. We invite you to join us on Sunday mornings at 9:30 or 11:00 a.m.

Cross Pointe Ocala began a few years ago in a circle of about ten people who were ready to see church be more than an organization, something to attend on Sundays, or what Christians are just supposed to do. The families who began the journey wanted to experience Christ with one another and then wanted to sh

are that expression with the rest of the world. The journey, which included renting space at Central Florida Community College, hosting summer day camps to some of the poorest Marion County residents, baptizing in a small pool after church services, and seeing people connect to God, to others, and to the world, has validated that vision - that dream that ten people in a circle had. Our story has just begun and is nowhere near its completion. We invite you to be part of the story, a story that is committed to reaching our communities for Jesus Christ. Psalm 73 reminds us that success, wealth, influence, and possessions can never satisfy the deepest needs of the soul. The psalmist looked around and envied those who seemed to have it all—until he stepped into God’s presence and gained an eternal perspective.

What we have isn’t nearly as important as Who we have.

The greatest treasure isn’t found in this world. It’s found in a relationship with God.

What if God wants you to be more than someone who needs refreshment?

What if He wants you to become someone who refreshes others?

In Philemon, Paul describes a man whose love brought joy, encouragement, and strength to those around him. People left his presence refreshed because he reflected the heart of Christ.

Refreshing people:
✔ Love deeply
✔ Extend grace freely
✔ Point others to Jesus

This week, ask yourself one simple question each morning: “Lord, who can I refresh today?"

A kind word. A listening ear. An act of forgiveness. A reminder of God's faithfulness.

The gospel not only refreshes us—it transforms us into people who refresh others.

NEW CP KIDS SERIES STARTING THIS SUNDAY!

In the beginning, God created a world full of wonder, beauty, purpose, and life. Over the next four weeks, Cross Pointe Kids will journey through the opening chapters of Genesis as we discover how God made the world, created us in His image, made a plan to save us, and helps us make good choices every day.

This is a fun, engaging series filled with Bible stories, worship, games, hands-on activities, and powerful truths that help kids understand God’s incredible love for them.

Cross Pointe Kids meets every Sunday at 9:30am and 11:00am. We can’t wait to see your family this weekend as we begin our brand-new series, IN THE BEGINNING!

We often chase external peace—waiting for life to slow down and circumstances to improve.

But real peace isn’t found around us. It’s found within us.

Yesterday at Cross Pointe, we talked about the importance of creating margin in our lives. Because when there’s no margin, there’s little room for rest, clarity, or the peace God wants to give us.

Peace isn’t the absence of chaos—it’s the presence of Christ in the middle of it.

Today, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. 🇺🇸

Their sacrifice reminds us of the freedom we have, the hope we carry, and the responsibility we share to love and serve others well.

As we gather with family and friends this Memorial Day, may we never forget those who paid the ultimate price for our freedom.

CP Worship Auditions – Thursday, June 11

We’re excited to invite anyone interested in joining the Cross Pointe Worship team to come out for auditions on Thursday, June 11. Whether you sing or play an instrument, this is a great opportunity to step into what God may be calling you to and be part of a team that leads people in worship each week.

We’re looking for heart, humility, and a desire to serve more than perfection—because worship is ultimately about leading people into the presence of God, not just the platform.
