The Hwy 212/31 exit to LRC is now closed. If you come from the west, there is no problem getting to LRC. If you are coming from the east, you have two options: Go south at the Kwik Trip intersection and take Elm St. west to LRC, or travel west past LRC and take the nearest U-turn.
