Freedom of Worship Church family, we want to share the arrangements for our dear sister, Ruth Lovell, as we come together to honor her life, her faith, and the tremendous love she shared with so many.

Visitation: Friday, September 11, from 5:00–7:00 PM
Funeral Service: Friday, September 11, at 7:00 PM
Location: Sturgill Funeral Home Chapel, 1621 Norton Road, Wise, VA

Pastor Robert Fultz Jr. and Pastor Scott Addison will be officiating the service. Graveside services and burial will be private.

Ruth was a mighty woman of faith and prayer and such a special part of our FOWC family. We will miss her deeply, but we rejoice knowing that the faith she carried for so many years has now become sight.

Please continue to surround Eddie, Brian, Brad, and the entire Lovell family with your prayers, love, and support in the days ahead.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the Freedom of Worship Children’s Ministry, a beautiful way to continue something that was so close to Ruth’s heart.

Pastor Scott Addison will be preaching at Pursue Church for their 2026 Fall Revival. Come out and support Pastor Scott as we worship with our friends at Pursue!

🔥 WEDNESDAY NIGHT | 7:00 PM | FOWC
We’re bringing everybody together! Freedom Students + our adult congregation will meet in the main sanctuary for one combined service, and Students Pastor Vipp will be preaching.
Students, adults, families—one church, one room, one service.

🔥 THURSDAY NIGHT | 7:00 PM
Pastor Scott Addison will be preaching at Guest River Pentecostal Church during their Homecoming Revival!

There’s something special about churches coming together and supporting one another. We’re believing for God to move in every service this week.
