Silver Lake Lutheran Church The first service in the Silver Lake area was on Sunday, July 20, 1858, at the home of Lars L. Loberg.

Silver Lake Lutheran Church is a member of the One in Christ Lutheran Parish. Five churches have come together to provide worship for ELCA churches in our area including Winnebago Lutheran Church of rural Lake Mills Iowa, Immanual Lutheran Church of Scarville Iowa, Lunder Lutheran Church of rural Twin Lakes Minnesota, and Bethany Lutheran Church of Joice Iowa. The 5 churches are led by 2 amazing pastors Randy Baldwin and Bill Peters
