✝️🌿 Second Sunday after Pentecost — June 7, 2026 🌿✝️
Today we hear the story of Jesus calling Matthew, the tax collector, with two simple words: “Follow me.” Through this Gospel lesson, we are reminded that Christ's mercy reaches beyond our mistakes, failures, and doubts.
Pastor Anne’s sermon reminds us that Jesus came not for the righteous, but for sinners. His mercy transforms lives, grows faith, and calls us to extend that same mercy to others. Like seeds planted in unexpected places, God's grace can bring new life and hope where we least expect it.
May today's worship encourage you to follow Christ with a trusting heart and share His mercy with those around you. 🙏✨
