Let's Get Together | Gather, Grow, Go

God never intended for us to walk through life alone!

In Ecclesiastes 4, we’re reminded that "two are better than one." When one falls, a friend is there to pick them up. Even Jesus prioritized community—before He sent His disciples out into the world, He simply invited them to do life with Him.

A single strand snaps easily under pressure. Two strands on their own can still struggle. But when we bind ourselves to one another with Christ at the center, we form a cord of three strands that cannot be easily broken.

Love is the glue that holds us together. Let’s choose every day to step out of isolation, care for one another, and be the church God created us to be!

🏈 Get in the Game!

This Sunday, Pastor Julie challenged us to move beyond simply hearing the call of Christ and to live it out together.

Drawing from Ephesians 4:1–6, we were reminded that we are one body, one Spirit, one hope, one Lord, and one faith. Unity doesn't mean we always agree; it means choosing to walk together with humility, patience, love, and peace.

Before we can walk, run, or march, we first have to stand firm in our faith, stand with one another, and stand up for Jesus.

Ready to get in the game? Watch this week's sermon recap on our website and be encouraged to walk worthy of your calling. ❤️

🎒📚 You’re Invited to a Special Back-to-School Worship Service! 📚🎒

Join us on Sunday, August 16th at 11:00 AM as we gather for a special Back-to-School Service and Blessing of the Backpacks!

As students, teachers, support staff, and homeschool families prepare to begin a new school year, we will surround them with prayer and remind them of a beautiful truth:

They do not go alone.

Our prayer is that everyone who enters a classroom, walks through a school hallway, teaches a lesson, supports a student, or learns at home will know that God’s presence goes before them each day. May He guide their steps, give them courage when they need it, wisdom when they are uncertain, and peace when they feel overwhelmed.

Bring your backpack, your school bag, or simply bring yourself and come be blessed as we begin this new school year together. 💙

Come pray. Come worship. Come be blessed. Come knowing that wherever the new school year takes you, God goes with you. 🙏✨

This week, we reflected on 2 Corinthians 12:1–10 and Paul’s reminder that God’s grace is sufficient and His power is made perfect in our weakness.

We all have our own struggles, imperfections, and “thorns”—the things that can leave us feeling like we aren’t enough. But God doesn’t ask us to be perfect. He asks us to trust Him.

Sometimes God removes our struggles. Sometimes He gives us the grace and strength to walk through them. Either way, we are never alone.

The church is not a place where perfect people pretend. It is a place where forgiven people come together and discover the transforming power of God’s grace.

When we are weak, Christ is strong. And His grace is enough. ❤️

On Sunday, August 2nd, we reflected on God's beautiful promise in Ezekiel 34:11–16 that He Himself is our Shepherd. One who searches for the lost, brings back those who have wandered, strengthens the weak, and lovingly cares for His flock.

In a world that constantly tells us to chase "greener grass," we were reminded that true peace, hope, and fulfillment are found by staying close to the Good Shepherd. Jesus invites us to stop striving, rest in His care, and trust that He knows exactly where to lead us.

May we follow the Shepherd's voice this week, knowing that His love never stops pursuing us and His grace is always enough. 💚

This past Sunday, we reflected on the miracle of Jesus feeding the five thousand (Mark 6:30–44) and were reminded that God isn't asking us to give what we don't have—He's asking us to faithfully offer what we do have.

When we place our time, talents, compassion, and gifts into Jesus' hands, He can do far more than we could ever imagine. Little is much when Jesus is in it.

As we continue to Gather, Grow, and Go with God, may we trust Him to multiply our small acts of faithfulness into blessings for others. 💙

This past Sunday, we were reminded that sharing our faith doesn't require having all the answers—it simply requires sharing the hope we've found in Jesus.

Drawing from 1 Peter 3:15, we reflected on how our story and the way we live can point others to Christ. When people see His peace, joy, and faithfulness in our lives, they'll naturally want to know the reason for our hope.

As we continue to Gather, Grow, and Go with God, may we boldly share our story, live our faith with gentleness and love, and help others discover the lasting hope that can only be found in Jesus. 💙
