We are learning to love God with all that we are, and to love our neighbors as we love ourselves. Established in the 1970’s, Southside has always been known as a friendly church that feels like a big family. The church’s doctrine is based in the authority of the Bible, and our purpose is to bring glory to Jesus Christ in music and worship, in preaching, Bible study and prayer, and in our lives outside the church. This evening about 6:45, we will have an evening of music and celebration with the campers and their buddies from Luke 14's Camp Cellebrate. Everyone is welcome to come and enjoy the music, and no charge...just a big blessing. 7/22/26. There will be another night like this next Wednesday, the 29th also.

This Sunday, June 28th, 10:45am, everyone is invited to join us for a wonderful morning of music and worship provided by KC Armstrong, of the gospel groups King's Cadence and Poet Voices.

KC has performed for us many times over the years. He studied music at Western Carolina University and East Tennessee State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Music Degree in Vocal Performance. Originally from Mt. Holly, North Carolina, KC currently resides in Knoxville, TN with his wife, Chara, daughter Adaline, sons Brogan and Calvin, and their chocolate lab Sophie.

Since his retirement from The US Army Chorus on September 30, 2019, KC has gone into the music ministry full time as a soloist and bass vocalist with King's Cadence and Poet Voices.
