VBS starts tonight and we are so excited to welcome the kids to Illumination Station! They will spend the week exploring all the ways light brightens, illuminates, reflects, and reveals. The kids will discover that Jesus is the light who brings hope to a dark world.

Jesus spoke to them again: "I am the light of the world. Anyone who follows me will never walk in the darkness but will have the light of life." John 8:12

We are so thankful for our amazing volunteers who have brightened our building.

This Thursday, May 21 at 7:00 pm we are hosting the The Bowen Brothers. Plan to join us for a free concert by our old friends. Our longtime Southwest members know them well from singing at our East Point location. Now they are on a mini reunion tour adding a second generation of Bowens. They have blessed many folks with their concerts and recordings for decades. We look forward to hosting them!

All services and programs are cancelled for Sunday, January 25, at Southwest.

This is due to the potential danger of icy roads, parking lots and sidewalks. Church leadership believes it is best to cancel in order to keep everyone safe.
