DRAW NEAR THIS NOVEMBER!
🙏REVIVAL IS COMING TO ANTIOCH BAPTIST CHURCH! 🙏

There is nothing our churches, our families, and our communities need more today than a fresh stirring of the Holy Spirit!
We are praying that these will be more than just a few nights of meetings. We’re praying for hearts to be softened, burdens to be lifted, the weary to be strengthened, the backslidden to come home, and most of all, for lost souls to be saved!
James 4:8 (KJV)
“Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you.”

What a precious promise! When we draw near to Him, He promises to draw near to us!

Thank you to each and everyone who celebrated Pastor Appreciation Day with us. It was a beautiful and blessed morning. Thank you for every kind word, hug, gift, your presence, your prayers, and the support that you show us daily. We are very humbled and thankful that God placed us at Antioch to serve with you. No place we’d rather serve the Lord!!

We are looking forward to Revival at Antioch Baptist Church, located in the heart of Newell, Alabama on Nov. 5-8. The Lord has blessed us with some great God called preachers for these services and we are excited. Please be much in prayer for these men. Pray, prepare your heart, and come expecting a move of the Holy Spirit!!
There are times when the lamp is still there, but the oil is running low. We’re still going through the motions, still showing up, still serving but deep down we know we need the Lord to fill us afresh, stir our hearts, and draw us nearer to Him. That is our prayer for this revival. 🙏
Lord, renew us. Revive us. Draw us nearer. Pour in fresh oil. Let us leave different than we came!

Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded. James 4:8

Come on to Antioch and bring your bucket or cup this morning! What do you stand in need of today? Sunday school at 9 a.m. and worship at 10 a.m. Come draw from HIS well!

The Lord woke me up at 1:26 a.m. and I began to thank him for all my blessings then I began to pray for all my family. At 2:16 I was still awake and just heavy hearted for different situations with my children and grandchildren. You know mommas pray and are concerned about every little detail that concerns our babies. I got up to read scripture and the Lord led me to Isaiah 12. Whew!! It helped me. What a beautiful picture of a well!

Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation. Isaiah 12:3 KJV

When you go to a well, you go because you need something that is there. You lower the bucket and draw up what you need. As I’m typing this that word wells jumped out at me. It says WELLS! 🙌
Thank God, when He saved me, He didn’t just give me something for the day I got saved. There are wells I can keep drawing from!
When I’ve failed, there’s a well of mercy.
When I’m weak, there’s a well of strength.
When my heart is troubled, there’s a well of peace.
When I’m hurting, there’s a well of comfort.
When I don’t know what tomorrow holds, there’s a well of hope.
When the enemy tries to steal my song, there’s a well of joy.
And when I remember that my sins have been forgiven, there’s a well of GRACE!
No wonder Isaiah said we could draw from those wells WITH JOY!
You may feel empty this morning, but the wells aren’t empty.
Bring your empty cup.
Keep drawing.
Thank God for the WELLS of salvation! 💧🙌❤️

Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid. Isaiah 12:2 KJV

Maybe today you feel like your own strength is running low. That’s all right, you don’t have to draw from your own supply.
Go back to the Well. ❤️
Jesus still saves.
Jesus still satisfies.
Jesus is still our strength and our song.

Praise the LORD, call upon his name, declare his doings among the people, make mention that his name is exalted. Isaiah 12:4 KJV

If He has saved you, you’ve got something worth praising Him for today!
🙌 The well hasn’t run dry!
I finally went back to sleep after 3 a.m. with a peace in my heart and my cup filled! I’d tell my family and yours today to just run back to the well and get you another drink of whatever you stand in need of today. Bring that empty cup and it shall be filled! It’s a great day to just praise the Lord!! I pray your cup overflow today!
