Wealth is neither a virtue nor a vice in itself. Throughout Scripture, God used men and women who possessed great resources and others who had very little. The question is always one of lordship. When anything begins to occupy the place that belongs to Christ alone, it will eventually disappoint us. True freedom is found when our hearts rest in Him, and we hold everything else with open hands.

Sometimes the deepest wounds in marriage are not healed through winning arguments, but through surrender to Christ. Hard hearts soften in His presence. Where repentance, humility, and forgiveness are welcomed, the Lord is still able to restore what sin tried to destroy.
