Restorative Sound Journey, led by Luke Cornwell, will be held at the First United Methodist Church, 301 S. Main St., Newark, NY, in the lounge (near High St. side entrance) on Saturday, June 13th at 3:30pm. Free Admission. All are welcome. Free Will Donations will be accepted for the Emmanuel Outreach Center Free Lunch Program. Description: “An experience where a practitioner or group of practitioners create a field of sound and silence, which is designed to bring your body into a state of unison, allowing your self healing mechanism to be fully engaged.”

Sat, May 9, 9am-11am. $1 per Bag Sale on Saturday (bags provided). Offering a large variety of items including clothing, household, linens, purses, coats, holiday, tools, electronics, toys, shoes, jewelry, etc. Enter at the Main St. entrance.

If you or someone you know is struggling to make ends meet this season, Emmanuel Outreach Center is offering a Christmas Food Blessing on Saturday December 13, - a gift of hope and shared joy for our community. This drive through or walk up distribution will begin at 9:30 am and continue until all 150 holiday meal bags are handed out. Each bag includes: A roasting chicken, pork loin roast, potatoes, stuffing mix, fresh produce and assorted canned goods. Please share with anyone that might need a little extra support this Christmas. We are here for you, Newark.
