Yesterdayโ€™s Youth Sunday message was delivered by Christian Bennett from Romans 1:15-17 and was entitled:

โ€œWhy I Canโ€™t Be Quietโ€

One of the most powerful points shared was that faith must become personal.

The Apostle Paul declared, โ€œFor I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christโ€ฆโ€ He didnโ€™t say his mother wasnโ€™t ashamed. He didnโ€™t say his father wasnโ€™t ashamed. He didnโ€™t say his pastor or the people around him werenโ€™t ashamed. Paul made it personal and said, โ€œI am not ashamed.โ€

โ€œIt is truly a blessing to grow up in church. It is a blessing to have praying parents, grandparents, pastors, teachers, and church mothers who pour into our lives and point us toward Christ. It is a blessing to be surrounded by worship and by people who can tell us about Jesus.โ€

โ€œMay we be encouraged to never be ashamed of the Gospel and to let our faith shine wherever God places us.โ€

Itโ€™s a simple question, but one worth reflecting on today.

Loving God isnโ€™t just about what we sayโ€”itโ€™s shown in how we trust Him, serve others, forgive, pray, and follow His Word even when life gets difficult.

โ€œWe love Him because He first loved us.โ€ โ€” 1 John 4:19

As you head into the weekend, take a moment to reflect:
โž– How have you seen Godโ€™s love in your life this week?
โž–How are you showing your love for Him?
His love remains constant, His grace is sufficient, and His mercies are new every morning.
