Congratulations to Pr. Steve Trewartha on his well-deserved retirement! We are truly blessed by the incredible impact he and his wife, Debbie, have had on our church and community. Thank you to all who joined in the celebration. Your presence at the open house on Saturday and all those that gathered to hear his heartfelt final sermon at worship today made these events unforgettable.

At our first service today, we celebrated our graduates from FaithPoint. Then during the program and breakfast, Jonny Grams, a college student, shared the ways he has grown in his faith during these first years away from home. He challenged the students to keep walking with God, join faith groups, churches near where they live, and stay in God's Word. He shared several verses to hold on to in this transition to adulthood.

We celebrated our 2026 FaithPoint Graduates at the 8:30 worship service on May 17.

True love is about offering what is true, good and noble, without the power to control the outcome. It’s about faithfulness without guarantees. Presence without knowing the result.

This Sunday is Mother’s Day, and we’ll weave together two themes. First, we’ll honor and pay tribute to the moms in our lives. Second, Pr. Steve will share some advice from mom and what he's learned from being a pastor.

Pr. Steve will be preaching his final two sermons on May 10 & 17 as lead pastor of FaithPoint. We invite the community to help us celebrate his retirement at an open house on Saturday, May 16 from 4-7pm at the KC Hall in New Prague. Join us as we honor Pr.
