It's natural for people to want control and certainty, but where you look for it matters!

We don't need to have all the answers. We think that knowing everything will bring us security and confidence, but Scripture reminds us not to be wise in our own eyes, but to look to God! We may not understand His ways and methods, but His plans are still PERFECT and good!

Proverbs 3:5–6 🙏🏾

The way we speak reveals what our heart and mind are focused on. Do your words reflect full faith and trust in the Lord? Here are some ways they can! ⬇️

Memorize Scripture - When we memorize God's word, it will form our minds and hearts into His likeness!

Read the Word daily - Every day we have the choice to pick up our cross and follow Jesus. It affects every aspect of our lives, including how we speak!

Think before you speak - Before you say something, ask yourself, is this encouraging, wise, or biblically true?

You have more control than you think! While we cannot always know what will pop into our heads, we can control how we respond and react!

We CAN react to every thought we can have and ruminate, but not all things are beneficial for our faith. Fill your mind with Scripture, so when thoughts do come up, you can put them under God's truth and focus your mind on things above! 🙌🏾
