Your mind was never meant to live in every possible future, every past regret, every imagined conversation, or every worst-case scenario.

Jesus gives peace for the place He has called you to be present in.
Sometimes peace begins with this simple prayer: “Lord, bring my mind back to where Your grace is.”

Where has your mind been living that Jesus never asked it to stay?

A stronghold often begins as something we believe because of pain.
A label.
A fear.
A wound.
A false story about God, ourselves, or others.

And when a lie lives long enough in our mind, it can start feeling like protection. But Jesus does not expose lies to shame us. He reveals them so He can free us.

Ask God: “What lie have I started treating like truth?”
