This weekend we had a great time celebrating the graduates! Here are some takeaways for purpose-driven life:

1️⃣ Never Stop Learning: Ignorance isn't bliss; it's a roadblock. We have to be willing to graduate from the basics ("milk") to deeper understanding ("baby food" and beyond). Growth requires being a lifelong student. (Hosea 4:6)

2️⃣ Normalize Step-Backs: Matthew 14:22 reminds us that even after doing big things, Jesus made his disciples get into the boat while he went to be alone. You cannot pour from an empty cup. Recognize when it’s time to seek solitude and recharge.

3️⃣ Discipline > Emotions: The discipleship journey requires runner's discipline. If we only move when we feel like it, we won't finish the race. We have to train our minds and bodies to move with ultimate purpose, not fleeting feelings. (1 Corinthians 9:24-27)

4️⃣ Head High Through the Hardship: Practicing these things isn't easy, and friction will come. But as Judges 6:9-14 reminds us, God has delivered us before, and He calls us "mighty heroes" even when we feel weak. Keep your head up.
