PLFR

Our THIRD Parking Lot Fundraiser is Saturday, October 8th from 12:00-3:00 pm!! We offer a PLFR for all of the Vanderbilt Home Games to help our youth and their families raise money for their mission trips!

We need all 7th-12th grade youth to help hold signs and welcome our parking guests. The money raised from the PLFR can help pay for much of your 2023 Youth Mission Trip to Daytona!

Parents: We only have three parents signed up to help with our October 8th PLFR - please look at your calendar - we could use your help!

All YOUTH AND Parents are invited to join us Sunday, August 22nd at 4:45 p.m! It will be a night full of fun, fellowship, food and messy egg competitions!

Youth and families! Grab your LOST COINS!

At VBS, our kids are collecting money for our July Communion Offering for Nashville Tools for Schools. We are exploring the parable of the lost coin. For our missions rotation that day, we will collect and sort your lost coins!

Wilderness Trail 2021!

Is backpacking hard!? Heck yes. These youth climbed up and down mountains with packs on their backs. Sore feet and shoulders. Slept in hammocks and tents.

But it is so worth it. I’m honored to experience the conversations, serving each other, laughter, prayer, fellowship and silliness with our youth that you don’t experience off the mountain.

We ate too much “Slap Yo Momma” spice and carried too many snacks. Learned how to p**p in the woods and throw footballs. We played in streams and a waterfall. Plus - offered to help put packs on, carry extra gear, get water, hang up hammocks and talked a lot about p**p. 🤣

Bearing each other’s burdens. Literally and spiritually.

What a week.💛
