It’s time to sign-up for our next Lifeguard Dinner! St. Andrew’s By-the-Sea shows our gratitude to the Kill Devil Hills Ocean Rescue team by preparing and serving a meal one evening each month throughout the summer.

The Outer Banks Youth Choir at St. Andrew’s By-the-Sea concluded its inaugural season last night with a wonderful Americana Folk Concert. Under the direction of John Buford, the choir beautifully performed songs deeply rooted in American history and culture.

The evening was made even more special with a delicious Italian dinner following the concert, giving us a chance to celebrate the choir and their first year together. We are grateful for Mr. Buford and those who helped make this inaugural season such a great experience!

St. Andrew’s By-the-Sea gathered for our first outdoor worship service of the season, and it was a beautiful morning in so many ways. With perfect summer weather, music from the Soul Surfers, children running around freely, it was a wonderful celebration of our parish community. Father Nathan was also recognized for six years of faithful ministry at St. Andrew’s with the gift of a new cope (and a delicious cake)!

Save the Date!

Our annual signature outreach event, Empty Bowls, will be held October 3, 2026 from 4:30-7 p.m. This fundraiser to fight hunger benefits the local outreach organizations serving those experiencing food insecurity in the greater Outer Banks community.

This event is always a blast, complete with a soup dinner, live music, silent auction, and crafts for kids.

Last night, St. Andrew’s By-the-Sea’s Outreach Committee lived into our mission by serving a taco dinner to the Kill Devil Hills Ocean Rescue team. We are so grateful for all the Ocean Rescue team does to protect and care for our community during our summer season! Big thanks to those who contributed to this meal. St. Andrew's EYC closed out their year with a ...SPLASH!

We had so much fun tonight at our end-of-year pool party! Thanks to all who joined us today and throughout this school year. We love this community of kids that come together for fun, faith and fellowship.

We also want to offer a HUGE thanks to Michelle Chimento for opening up her pool and home to us; and to Debbie Luke for making the burgers and hot dogs. We are so grateful for your generosity!
