When we said yes to Jesus, we said yes to a life of surrender. A life of sacrifice. A life that looks less like the world and more like Him.

It’s not just, “God, what do You want me to do?”
It’s “God, who are You calling me to be?”

Your character is part of His will. Your surrender is part of His will. Your life is the sacrifice.

That’s a wrap on another season of Fishers of Men! 🎣

So thankful for every person who helped make this season possible, especially this group who faithfully came together to put each bag together with love every week.

And not pictured: all the men who got up in the early mornings to head out and deliver those meals.

Thank you for serving, giving, and being the hands and feet of Jesus in our community. We’re so grateful for you all!

September 6 is a Sunday to slow down, rest, and reflect. There will be no services as we make space to breathe, be with our people, and remember that God meets us in the stillness, too.

Take the day to rest. Reflect on all He’s done. And make room for what He wants to do next.

No service. No rush. Just Sabbath. 🕊️

Yesterday, we were reminded that following Jesus means refusing to conform to the world and allowing Him to renew our minds. Today, that calling doesn’t stop when we leave the church. It goes with us into every classroom, hallway, workplace, and conversation.

As a new school year begins, may we live as a living sacrifice wherever God has placed us.

Sunday worship. Monday mission. Every day surrendered.

Let’s start the school year covered in prayer.

This Sunday, Youth Pastor Bryce Kindy will be teaching in both services as we prepare our hearts for the year ahead.

During second service, we’ll pray over all students and teachers, believing for God’s protection, presence, wisdom, and purpose to go with them into the new school year.

We’re praying for a year where Jesus is glorified in every classroom, campus, and community.

Come ready. Come expectant. Let’s cover the school year in prayer.
