Outbreak Cathedral Ministries Outbreak Cathedral Ministries (OBCM) is a Nondenominational church in Lamar, SC. Established in 2003 under the leadership of the late Pastor Michael Dargan.

Our mission and vision for OBCM is found in Isaiah 61:1-3. All are welcome!
