2026 VBS Food Drive Challenge
Feeding Families. Sharing Jesus. Kissing Loretta the Goat.
Throughout VBS Illumination Station, we’re inviting every child and family to help us continue our mission of “Sharing the Love of Christ One Meal at a Time.”
Just as our Royal Ambassadors and Girls in Action have been collecting food to help feed people in our church and community, VBS kids now have the opportunity to join the mission!
What to Bring
Non-perishable food items such as:
* Canned Soup
* Canned Vegetables
* Canned Fruit
* Tuna or Chicken
* Peanut Butter
* Pasta
* Rice
* Spaghetti Sauce
* Mac & Cheese
* Cereal
* Oatmeal
* Beans
The Challenge
Each night, boys and girls will place their food donations in their team’s collection area.
Every item counts!
The Stakes Are High!
🐐 If the Girls Win:
Pastor Rich and Jonathan Floyd will have to kiss Loretta the Goat during Family Night!
🐐 If the Boys Win:
Mrs. Gwen and Mrs. Shayla will have to kiss Loretta the Goat during Family Night!
The Real Victory
While the competition will be fun, the true winners will be families in our church and community who receive food and encouragement because of your generosity. Jesus said in Matthew 25:35, “For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat.” Let’s shine the light of Jesus by serving others and filling our collection boxes all week long!
