🎣 Day One of Vacation Bible School was a Success! 🎣

What an incredible first night of Vacation Bible School at St. Paul Baptist Church! We kicked off our week with our exciting theme, “HOOKED! – Reeled In to Serve God” (Matthew 4:19), and God truly blessed us with a wonderful time of learning, fellowship, and fun.

Our first lesson focused on Jonah, reminding us that we can never run from God’s purpose for our lives. Just as God called Jonah, He calls each of us to trust Him, obey Him, and follow His direction—even when it’s not easy.

We are grateful for every child, youth, adult, teacher, volunteer, and parent who helped make Day One a success. But there’s still room for more!

If you haven’t joined us yet, we invite you to come out and be a part of what God is doing this week. There are Bible lessons, music, crafts, activities, snacks, and opportunities to grow closer to Christ.

We’re excited about our upcoming VBS 2026 please come out and join us next week June 8-12 6PM every evening!!!!!!!

Our hearts are overflowing with gratitude for what God did in our worship experience on yesterday. The youth led with passion, enthusiasm, and a love for Christ that filled the sanctuary from beginning to end. It was a true reminder that God is raising up a generation that is unashamed of the Gospel and ready to serve Him.

We thank God for our visionary Senior Pastor, Rev. Reginald C. Johnson, whose leadership continues to inspire growth and kingdom work at St. Paul. We are also grateful for our Youth Pastor, Min. Nigeria Hannah, for allowing God to use him in a mighty way as he poured into our young people and encouraged them to walk boldly in their purpose.

To every youth participant, parent, leader, and supporter—thank you for making this day so special. Yesterday was more than a service; it was a movement of faith, worship, and unity.

The fire is lit, and we believe God is just getting started!
