Rev. Elder Goudy (they/them) has served as pastor of Metropolitan Community Church of the Lehigh Valley in Allentown, PA since 1999. They love God, NCAA women's basketball, and spending time with people who have been transformed by the love and grace of God. Raised in a progressive Roman Catholic household, Goudy graduated from the College of St. Catherine with a B.A. in History & Theology. After receiving an M.Div. from the University of Chicago Divinity School, Goudy became captivated by the vision of Metropolitan Community Churches and was elected an Elder in the MCC denomination in 2021. Goudy is married to Carol Silver, who recently received her Master's Certificate in Spiritual Direction from Moravian Theological Seminary.

Our preacher this Sunday is a special guest, Maria Weaver-Hollownicky, the chair of TLC, an Open & Affirming community and advocacy ministry at St. John's Episcopal Church in Lancaster. Maria’s sermon title is "These Are the Days of Miracles and Wonder.” We will use scriptures from Psalm 139 and Romans 12:1-8. Join us at 10 am for Worship either in person or on Facebook Live.

Maria Weaver-Hollownicky is a member of St. John's Episcopal Church, where she chairs TLC, an Open & Affirming community and advocacy ministry. She strives to be a strong ally to the LGBTQIA+ community in Lancaster, where she lives with her husband and multiple cats.

Rev. Mary Bohacek hails from Virginia. Mary is currently serving as the pastor of Shenandoah Valley MCC in Wi******er, VA. Mary joined MCC in 1998. She graduated from Lancaster Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity degree. Mary was a student clergy member and later, from 2015 to 2017, served as Interim Pastor at Vision of Hope MCC.
