Return to the Source: Water Ceremony and Ingathering Service
Sunday, Sept. 13th at 10:30 am

As we gather together once again, we find ourselves back in our practices of gathering water and story and song. How will we rededicate our spirits for the coming year? Join us as we find our way back to the source of Life.

This Ingathering Service is also our water ceremony service. If you can, bring a little bit of water from home or from your summer travels with you. There will be extra water during the ceremony for anyone without water.

Being conscious, aware, and noticing life is a deep and traditional aspect of all religions. It's where the practices of prayer and meditation arise, which have lasted thousands of years and permeate from the Tao to Sufism and all religions. But scientific and philosophical understandings of human consciousness are relatively new. And new science is breaking open what people originally thought about consciousness.

Join us this Sunday as we dip a toe into new physics and wonder what consciousness really is.
