You’ll notice people at Crossroads talk about Jesus a lot. It’s not just a clever catch-phrase, He’s the singular passion of our church, our lives and the good news we seek to share with our city. Crossroads Church is people making passionate followers of Jesus. We want to see people meet Jesus, join others who love Jesus, grow in the grace and knowledge of Jesus, and get involved in Jesus’ mission for God’s glory and the good of our city and world.

Tomorrow we begin gathering for ONE gathering throughout the summer at 10:30AM.

We're continuing in The Preaching of Jesus in Luke 6:43-46 with a passage on the connection between our words and our hearts.

Don't have a church home? Come and join us!

"One generation shall commend your works to another,
and shall declare your mighty acts." (Psalm 145:4)

Our vision is to plant oaks of righteousness in our city and state. Pillars of light that will still be standing and shining the Gospel faithfully long after we're gone.

We got to see God doing just that among us on Mother's Day as
parents dedicated nine children to the Lord across both gatherings.

One generation shall commend your works to another.

What grace!

This Sunday we're tackling (or being tackled by?) Jesus most radical command: "Love your enemies."

It's natural to love those who love us, but Jesus commands in his genuine believers a supernatural love that does good to those who hate us, blesses those who curse us, and prays for those who mistreat us. How could that be?

This is not a wimpy or naive passivity that overlooks evil in cowardice or fear. This is not a love we can muster by our own will or power, it's the love that God himself demonstrated in Christ for sinners in laying down his life for us at the cross, a love that God pours out in the hearts of his people through the Holy Spirit, and a love--that by God's grace--will conquer the world.

Join us for this powerful passage from Luke 6 this Mother's Day and for child dedications at both 9 and 11AM gatherings!

Join us at 9AM or 11AM tomorrow as we begin Part 5 in Luke's Gospel: The Preaching of Jesus Christ.

Why was prayer so important to Jesus?
Who were the 12 Apostles and are there still Apostles today?
How can our ministries today look like Jesus' ministry?
What does Jesus preaching the Sermon on the Mount have to do with Moses giving the 10 Commandments...?
All these questions and more answered in Luke 6:12-20 as Pastor Chris preaches "Jesus’s Ministry of Prayer, People, Power, and Preaching."

Easter Sunday was awesome.

Let's do it again!

Tomorrow we discover "The Unique Joy Jesus Brings to All of Life" from Luke 5:33-39.

Christianity is not depressing asceticism or despairing indulgence.

The joy we possess in the presence of Christ and in belonging to Christ enables Christians to use every good thing he gives with prayer and thanksgiving to love God more.

We preach Christ and him crucified, every Sunday.
On Good Friday, we linger, remembering and reflecting on what the Son of God willingly endured for his people, for our sins, and for our salvation.
Join us Friday at 6:30PM for this special family gathering for a somber night of preaching, acoustic worship songs, repentance, and communion as we anticipate resurrection Sunday.
