🔥 Youth Bonfire Night Recap 🔥

What an incredible night! We had 18 students join us as we welcomed our upcoming middle schoolers, built friendships, and talked about doubt — and trusting God even when we have questions about His calling on our lives.

We were reminded that the enemy may try to use doubt and discouragement, but our confidence is found in God’s strength, not our own.

Seeing students grow in their faith, build community, and become hungry for God is such a blessing. Seeds are being planted, and we believe God is just getting started!
Thank you to every student, parent, and leader who is helping build this youth family. 🙌🔥

Look toward the last Saturday of June for the next one, see you there!

Today we concluded The Church: A Study of Acts by looking at what it means to be a generous church. We learned that generosity is more than giving; it is a reflection of God's heart. When we live with surrendered hearts, open hands, and a desire to serve others, we create opportunities for ministry and make room for God to move.

Pentecost was never meant to be just an experience—it was meant to be empowerment.

When the Holy Spirit came in Acts 2, the result wasn't simply an emotional moment. Lives were changed, the Gospel was proclaimed boldly, and thousands came to know Jesus. The same promise of the Holy Spirit that was given to the early Church is still available today.

"Pentecost was meant to empower the Church. Because the promise of the Spirit is still for today."

🔥 YOUTH NIGHT THIS SATURDAY 🔥

Grades 6–12, join us this Saturday at 6PM at church for an awesome night together! We’ll have a bonfire, s’mores, hotdogs, kickball in the upper lot, and plenty of time to hang out and connect.

Also, students finishing 5th grade and moving into 6th grade this fall, you’re officially invited to start joining us beginning with this youth night! 🙌

Bring a friend and come ready for a great night together. We can’t wait to see you there!

What a wonderful Upper Room Sunday. Churches from across Morgantown came together with one heart and one purpose: to seek the presence of God. Extended worship, prayer, and a timely word on Pentecost Sunday reminded us that the Spirit is still moving, still filling, and still drawing people together today.

A special thank you to the Linderman family from House of His Presence for helping make the evening so impactful.

May we not leave hungry for His presence only on Sundays, but continually seek the Spirit of the Lord daily and walk in step with Him. “Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit.” — Galatians 5:25

Remember what they sacrificed so we may truly appreciate the treasure we have: the freedom to worship, gather, and live.

The brave who laid down their lives were not just soldiers, sailors, airmen, or marines — they were sons and daughters, fearfully and wonderfully made, knitted together in their mother’s womb.

This Memorial Day, choose to live in a way that glorifies God and honors their sacrificial love.

“Greater love has no one than this: to lay down his life for his friends.” — John 15:13

“They were all together in one place… and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit.” — Acts 2

What began at Pentecost was never meant to stay in the upper room. The Church was born in power, united in purpose, and sent on mission. Pentecost was never meant to end in Acts.

We loved gathering together this morning and believing for even more tonight. Join us for Upper Room Sunday at 7PM as we worship, pray, and make room for the presence of God.
