The Dangerous Prayer ⚠️

We often treat prayer like a shopping list. We bring God our desires, our timelines, and our strategies, asking Him to sign off on our plans.
But what if your current frustration is actually His protection?

It is incredibly easy to mistake our personal ambition for His divine direction. We pray for open doors, yet throw a tantrum when He closes one to save us from ourselves. True faith is not about convincing God to do your will; it is about surrendering your heart to echo His.

If you are bold enough to pray tonight, stop asking Him to bless your plans. Instead, try praying the most dangerous, freeing prayer a believer can utter:

"Not my will, but Yours be done."
"There is a way that seems right to a man, but its end is the way to death." — Proverbs 14:12

Alignment Check ⚓

We all have our unique lists of wants and needs. We pray for changes, hope for specific outcomes, and plan our futures. But in the middle of our desires, a vital question remains:
Does our will align with God’s will?

It is natural to ask for what we want. However, true faith grows when we learn to surrender our plans to His greater purpose. When we shift our focus from "Thy will be done my way" to "Thy will be done Your way," we find a peace that surpasses understanding.

"Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart." — Psalm 37:4

When our hearts delight in Him, our desires naturally begin to mirror His.
