2025 Catfish Sunday service featured Pastor Lowell Krogstad on guitar and Joe Sherman on drums.

We had a very nice service at St. Luke's on "Catfish Sunday" led by pastor Donna Olsen, with coffee and rolls beforehand. We enjoyed the air conditioning in the 90-degree weather.

Services for the months of July and August 2026 are scheduled for Sundays at 8:30 a.m. at the Morgan United Methodist Church and at 10:15 at St. Luke's Lutheran Church in Franklin. All are welcome.

St. Luke's bids farewell to pastor Lowell Krogstad Sunday, June 28th at the 9:30 service. Part of the service was a prayer that included:

"Sharing our joys and sorrows you have been important in our life together in the Church of Jesus Christ and in our community. You are now leaving our midst. We wish to honor your ministry among us and bid you farewell and Godspeed in you new endeavor, bringing closure to your ministry here."

Rolls, donuts, and drinks are from 8-9 am at Morgan City Park and then an ecumenical worship service will follow at 9 am. Please bring a lawn chair for worship.
