Dear Greenview Awana Families,

After much prayer and careful consideration, we want to share an important update regarding our Awana ministry. Awana will not be held at Greenview Alliance Church for the September 20th through April 25th season. In addition, the Awana Carnival scheduled for September 12th has been canceled.

The safety, care, and spiritual well-being of our children remain a priority. In order to provide a safe, effective, and meaningful Awana ministry, we need an adequate number of committed volunteers to faithfully staff each group. At this time, we do not have the necessary volunteer support to do so responsibly.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who has served, supported, prayed for, and invested in Awana and the children of our church. Your faithfulness has made a meaningful difference.

Please join us in praying for Greenview Alliance Church, our children and families, our ministry leaders, and our church leadership as we seek God’s wisdom and discernment for the future. This is a time for us to pray, seek His direction, and consider how He may be calling each of us to serve and invest in the next generation.

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.” — Proverbs 3:5–6

🌟 AWANA REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN! 🌟

We are excited to announce that Awana registration is officially open—and registration is completely FREE!

As we prepare for another wonderful year of helping children know, love, and grow in God’s Word, we are inviting our Awana families to partner with us in this ministry. We are asking each family, when possible, to have a parent or guardian volunteer at least once a month.

We also have several important teaching and leadership opportunities available for those who feel called to serve more regularly. If God has placed a heart for children and ministry within you, we would love to have you prayerfully consider becoming part of our amazing Awana team and this extraordinary ministry. It will be required to all volunteers to present their clearances up to date (bring original documents)

Your time, gifts, and willingness to serve can make a lasting difference in the life of a child. Together, we can plant seeds of faith that will impact the next generation for Christ!

Important Note: Our Puggles program will be available exclusively for the children of our Awana volunteers.
