To everyone who came out to help make t-shirts for our Children’s Ministry Serve Team — THANK YOU. Because of your time, gifts, and willingness to serve, over 130 shirts were made! What an amazing reflection of the heart of our church.

Our Palm Sunday dancers are getting ready for TOMORROW! 🌿💙

Here’s everything our dancers need to know for tomorrow:

✨ Be here at 9AM
✨ Wear solid color shorts (no prints)
✨ White or light-colored t-shirt (no words or designs)
✨ No shoes OR wear skin-tone socks (wear shoes TO church, but remove them for the dance 😉)
✨ Girls: hair in a low ponytail

And don’t forget…
😴 Get a good night’s sleep

✨💛 What an incredible night in Kids Church! 💛✨

We took a deeper dive into Genesis 3 as we learned about the very first sin. While we all make mistakes and fall short, we were reminded of this powerful truth: GOD NEVER GIVES UP ON US! 🙌💕

We are so proud of our kids—they worked so hard at dance practice and are looking amazing! 💃🕺🌟 It’s been such a joy watching their confidence and excitement grow!

Our Palm Sunday Dance is coming up quickly, and we only have 2 more practices left! 💃🕺 We are so excited to see everything come together!

📅 Practice Schedule:
👉 Wednesday, March 25 during regular service hours
⏰ 6:30–8:00 PM

👉 Saturday, March 28
⏰ 9:00 AM–12:00 PM
📍 Main Sanctuary

Please make every effort for your child to attend these important practices 🙏💛 This will help them feel confident, prepared, and ready to shine on stage 🌟—and it’s also when they will be fitted for their costume! 👗👕

We can’t get over how much fun we had last week at Princesses & Pearls! 👑💕

What a special day filled with joy, worship, and learning about God’s love together. We’re so thankful for every girl who joined us—it was such a beautiful time of connection and fun!

What an amazing day in Kids Church! 🎉

Today we kicked off our new series, “Created New,” by learning about God’s Big Story in Genesis 1–2. We discovered how God created the entire world and everything in it in just six days. His most special creation? People! God created us in His image, and every child is wonderfully made by Him. 💛

This week, help your child memorize our scripture verse:

"Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old is gone, the new is here!"
— 2 Corinthians 5:17

Our Princesses & Pearls girls event on Saturday was such a beautiful time together. 🩷👑From laughter and conversations to learning and encouragement, it was a reminder of how special it is when generations come together to pour into one another.

Girls and their moms, grandmas, and mentors spent the morning connecting through meaningful breakout sessions, fun activities, and a little sparkle along the way. Moments like these help build confidence, strengthen relationships, and remind every girl how valuable she truly is.

A special thank you to Annette, Misty, and Christiana (with Esterelle Beauty Bus) for leading our breakout sessions and pouring into the girls. We’re also so grateful for Esterelle Party Bus for bringing the Beauty Bar experience where girls enjoyed bedazzle makeup and hair tinsel — it was definitely a highlight of the day.

Thank you as well to Cakes by Stephanie, Bob Evans, and Tim Hortons for providing all the delicious food & sweets!

Thank you to our youth & young adults who helped lead us in worship, and to every volunteer who served behind the scenes to make the event possible.

It truly takes a village, and we are so thankful for a church family that invests in the next generation. More photos to come!

What an amazing Sunday in Kids Church! 🎉

We wrapped up our “Now That’s a Miracle!” series by learning about the incredible compassion of Jesus ❤️. Even while He was grieving the loss of His cousin, John the Baptist, Jesus still cared deeply for the people around Him—teaching them 📖 and healing the sick ✨.

As the day came to an end, the crowd became hungry 😋. With only two fish 🐟🐟 and five loaves of bread 🍞, Jesus performed a HUGE miracle and fed the entire crowd!

This story reminds us that Jesus can take what we already have and multiply it, providing exactly what we need at just the right time 🙌. Now that’s a miracle!

This week’s memory verse:
Job 36:26a — “How great is God—beyond our understanding!” 🌟

In our “Now That’s a Miracle!” series, we’ll explore Matthew 14 in God’s Big Story. Kids will discover how Jesus showed incredible compassion by healing the sick and feeding thousands of hungry people with just five loaves of bread and two fish. What an amazing reminder that Jesus cares for people and provides for our needs!

📖 Memory Verse of the Week:
Luke 19:10 — “The Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.”
Encourage your child to memorize this verse for a special prize!

Stewart Road Kids had an incredible Sunday! 💛

This week, we opened our Bibles to Gospel of Luke 19 and discovered an important truth through the story of Zacchaeus — Jesus seeks after us to save us… no matter how small we may feel! Just like Zacchaeus, we are seen, known, and loved by Jesus.

Our memory verse for the week is Luke 19:10:
“The Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.”

What a powerful reminder for our kids (and for us, too)!

Join us this Wednesday as we take a deeper dive into Zacchaeus’ story and finish our final outreach project for LOVE Month. We’ll be making bookmarks for children supported by Southwest Indigenous Ministries, a ministry serving Native American communities in New Mexico and Arizona. We’re so excited for our kids to be part of sharing God’s love in a tangible way!

It’s not too late to bring your nonperishable items and offerings as we wrap up LOVE Month. Every gift makes a difference!

And of course… 🍕 pizza is on the menu for dinner!
