Steps Church began as a church plant with a God-sized vision: to see people step into all God has for them.

Since the beginning, God has used generous people to help carry that vision forward. Some worship with us every Sunday. Others give from cities and states far beyond Moncks Corner because they believe in what God is building here.

Every gift helps us create a place where people can meet Jesus, grow in their faith, and take their next step. We never take that generosity for granted. We are incredibly thankful.

Praise God! Surgery done!!! ✅ Everything went great. Heart is doing great. No bleeding anywhere. The goal is to get him off the ventilator tonight. So that’s what we’re praying for! We get to see him an a hour or two.

I’m asking everyone who sees this to pray for my Dad (Rodney Wise).

Tomorrow morning he’ll be having heart surgery to replace one valve, repair another, and remove an aneurysm.

I’m a pastor, and I believe in the power of prayer—but this week, I’m simply a son asking people to pray for his Dad.

Please pray for a successful surgery, wisdom and steady hands for the surgeons and medical team, and a strong recovery.

If you think about him tomorrow morning, would you take a moment and lift him up in prayer?

We believe prayer changes everything, and our family is incredibly grateful for yours. ❤️
