To Sir’s, Madam’s, and to Whosoever,
The allegations against the First Southern Baptist Church dba Riverpoint Southern Bapt.1421 E Commercial St. Mohave Valley, 86440,-“The Church”; brought on by members of the Mohave Valley Little League 1421 E Commercial St. (using the church non-profit status), parents and supporters, are false, slanderous, derogatory and hateful.
The reason that they, the “Board” is attacking the church-my church family is, we have taken a stand against “alcohol drinking”, and “paraphernalia”: Which refers to any equipment that is used to produce, conceal and consume illicit drugs; It includes but is not limited to items such as bongs, roach clips, miniature spoons, and various types of pipes, on the church property; it was found the next day, after a baseball game used by the Mohave Valley Little League parents and/or supporters.
Earlier this year, it was brought to my attention that the Little League was in process of moving to use the baseball field off of Laguna Ave, near the high school. Even though the lease agreement with “The Church” was only $1.00 a year.
They did not want “The Church” to regulate restrictions on what the parents and/or attendees at the ball game be told where to park, to use foul language, they’re not allowed to bring and drink alcohol beverages, and no “paraphernalia”.
The Mohave County Sheriff’s Deputy was called several times to assist us. The Sheriff's Deputy was called-out to issue warnings against the parents and the 'little league board members, for "Violating the Lease Agreement signed in 2025. There was an incident when one of the parents was drunk and urinated on the church-(we have a picture of him), and when one of the church members approached him-the parent to stop, the parent turned and pushed him-the church member. This has been an ongoing problem, but the Little League Board refuses to take action. The present Chairperson said to me in front of the Deputy, “we can’t control their actions”. So, in response to that, we have a church member, who now patrols the church's parking area and the baseball field as best as he can. We put up signs saying, “No Alcohol Allowed”, but the signs were torn down. We put up security cameras, they complained and attacked The Church and myself, vehemently. We have been called anti-social and don’t like kids on social media. The attack by them, is “Abusive”:
Which conduct encompasses a wide range of behaviors beyond physical violence, including verbal attacks, psychological manipulation, digital harassment, and financial control. It is also, “Derogatory”: Conduct that encompasses verbal, physical, or visual actions that demean, insult, ridicule, or intimidate another person. it often overlaps with harassment, discrimination; that also is- Insults, ridicule, mockery, threats, intimidation, or physical assaults-a church member was assaulted. There are written communications on Facebook, comments and other social media attacks. The “Derogatory attacks and conducts, becomes unlawful when it is severe or pervasive enough to create an environment that a reasonable person would find intimidating, hostile, or abusive. It is my belief that the Mohave Valley Little League Board and former Chairwoman created a derogatory situation, with a post that said, “Let’s get the posse”. Their abuse of Authority allowed parents and others to create a hostile environment for my church members and myself. They caused members to leave the church in fear and disappointment. Another social media statement by the former chairwoman, “Watch out for this church”, referring to we don’t like kids, we can’t be trusted or we’re unkind to kids, is a vicious attack against “The Church”-First Southern Baptist Church, dba RiverPoint Southern Baptist Church, 1421 E Commercial Street, Mohave Valley, AZ 86440; have poisoned the Community against us. Such statements are “evil, ungodly and grieve the Holy Spirit.
“They-Mohave Valley Little League Board and Members, have violated the “Lease Agreement”, therefore, we-The Church are terminating the lease agreement of 2025, signed by the then Chairwoman Melody DuMuchel, their two members, and by me-Pastor Lionel Grant, Pastor of “The Church”, and my two members, on March 9, 2025.”
Therefore, any items on “The Church” property, bolted down, screwed down connected to the baseball field on and for the use of the baseball field/park, related to church property, Is Not To Be Removed. Keys and/or Combination Locks to Baseball Field and Concession Stand to be Surrendered.
