Thanks to all that came out for JAM (Jefferson Avenue Makers). What brave souls…😂! We bit off a lot today. I missed getting pics of everyone, but here are a few.

For anybody that’s interested, I will be at the office on Wednesday from noon until about 5:30, if anybody would like to come in and work on their projects! For those that were working on boxy bags, I will have a template available to eliminate/reduce the issues with cutting. It should make things go much faster!

Thanks again for some wonderful fellowship! Reminder that we meet on the 1st Saturday of each month to explore our creativity. All ages and genders are welcome.

Just a quick reminder that the doors will be unlocked by 8:30am tomorrow morning. You can enter under the canopy or the north door (nearest the alley). We will have water and some small packaged snacks available and you are most welcome to bring snacks.

JeffAve Makers will meet this Saturday (Sep 5th) from 8:30 to noon.

We received requests to learn how to make 'boxy bags', so Debi and I are going to give it our best shot! We have everything you'll need to give it a try. Additionally, we have some really nice insulated batting available for anybody that wants to make potholders.

Remember, you do NOT have to participate in these projects and it doesn't even have to be sewing. Just bring whatever craft project you are working on and join us! If you don't have anything in process, come dig through our donated items and be 'inspired'!

All ages and genders are invited to attend! You don't have to be a member of Jefferson Avenue UMC. Looking forward to seeing you on Saturday and feel free to bring a friend!

Show up in your team gear to kickoff football season and join us in Worship at 11am this Sunday!

Our scripture reference will be Philippians 3:13-14. (Chiefs nation will understand.)

We hope you will join us in person, but you can watch via Facebook Live if you aren't able to make the trip.

Join us tomorrow as we ponder what it means to be 'Part of the Whole'. Our scripture reference will be Roman's 12:1-8.

Worship begins at 11am. We hope you will join us in person. For those that are unable to make the trip, we are 'planning' to be available via Facebook Live. We appreciate your grace as we continue to make our way through the learning process related to our new technology.
