Dear Lord God,

I praise You for who You are;

Thank You for being my best friend forever. John 15:15

Thank You for being my provider and my protector.

Dear Father God,

Thank You for the strength you give to me each day...

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Philippians 4:13

Thank You my Lord Jesus for Your gift of salvation which you freely offer to me...

For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Romans 6:23

Whenever I face temptations, I will overcome with Your strength and salvation

Because of this, I can build my life upon the Words of Jesus and lean upon You, the solid rock of my life...

Dear Father in Heaven,

Let me never be an angry person who stirs up strife nor a furious person who abounds in transgression.

I pray that I will NOT be so filled with pride that I think of myself above others.

Instead, let me be humble and honorable.

May I be led by You when I choose others to partner with.

May I not fear others, but place my trust in You for my safety, provision and my guidance.

You are my God and my judge. You are the one I seek to please and to honor.

May I remain upright in my ways. May I turn away from all that is wicked.

My strength is in You. Thank You.

Dear Almighty God,

Jesus taught us...

You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’
But I say to you, love your enemies,
bless those who curse you,
do good to those who hate you,
and pray for those who spitefully use you
and persecute you.
Matthew 5:44

Through the enabling of Your Holy Spirit, I will do this.

Please remind me...

to pray instead of complain,
to pray instead of getting angry,
to pray instead of feeling sorry for myself,
to pray instead of becoming fearful,
to pray instead of falling into depression,
to pray instead of being overwhelmed.
I pray now for all the people I have relationships with in my family, neighborhood, workplace, church and school, that You would use me to help them to come to know You and Your love.

Please use me to draw them to closer to You.

Thank You for Your love and patience for me as I work on this priority.

Dear Loving Father in Heaven,

Today I lift up all teachers to You.

I pray for Your anointing upon their lives, their work and their ministries.

Please give them wisdom, knowledge, guidance, patience, love, protection, understanding, insight and everything they need to be a positive life-changing influence upon those they teach.

I pray that You will keep them safe from all harm and evil.

Please bring to their minds the lessons and information they need to teach and the ability to do what is good, right, and best in every situation.

I pray that each one will see their profession and calling as teachers, not as a burden, but as an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of their students and to always show Your love to others.

Please help them to be salt and light for You in this world, as Jesus taught us...

You are the salt of the earth...
You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.
Matthew 5:13-16

May each teacher rely on Your strength and grace each day to accomplish that which You would have them do.

Bless all teachers, Father God, as Your servants.

And may they be a blessing to all others with whom they work and teach.
