Today at Sunday school we talked about the many names for Jesus- Messiah, Lord, Savior, Emmanuel, Christ.

We also talked about how Mary and Joseph were chosen to be Jesus’ earthly parents (Matthew 1).

Finally we worked on candy cane ornaments to hand out on Christmas Eve.

Third Sunday in AdventFulfillment

Today in Sunday school we talked about the excitement of Jesus’ coming from the Book of Isaiah.

We also continued working through “The Giving Book” by offering specific ideas to help based on different scenarios.

Finally we started working on ice candles for Christmas Eve.

Sunday school meets every week at 9:00 am.
All are welcome!

FREE Wooden Cabinet

We have remodeled our bathroom and the old wooden cabinet is no longer needed.

It is by the the main door. Please come and take it if you can use it. No need to arrange pick up. Just come and get it.

Thank you to the Sunday school kids who served as worship assistants this morning. Will, Dekker, Kensington & James did a great job!
We also talked about the Second Sunday in Advent and the different things we notice about our worship space (blue color, Advent wreath with two candles lit).
