Bus. Hwy. 53, Solon Springs Welcome to The River in Minong and Solon Springs, Wisconsin. Our mission is simple: Living and Loving Like Jesus. Since 2005, we've been helping people know Jesus more deeply, grow in their faith through God's Word, and share life together in authentic community. What began as a small Bible study meeting in homes has grown into a church family with locations in Minong a

nd Solon Springs, united by a passion to see the gospel reach every corner of the Northwoods. Here you'll find weekly messages, worship, testimonies, and biblical teaching designed to encourage you, challenge you, and help you take your next step with Jesus. At The River, we believe Jesus is the only way to the Father, and we trust the Bible as God's authoritative Word for faith and life. We also believe that everyone is welcome. None of us has it all together—we're all people in need of God's grace. That's why we strive to create a place where people can be honest, ask questions, grow in faith, and experience the transforming love of Christ. Our vision is to press the gospel into the nooks and crannies of the Northwoods, sharing the hope of Jesus wherever God opens doors and brings people together. Whether you're exploring Christianity for the first time, returning to church, or looking for a church home, we're glad you're here. We invite you to subscribe, join us each week, and chase after Jesus with us. Living and Loving Like Jesus.

“Return to me, and I will return to you.” — Malachi 3:7

Like the people of Malachi’s day, we can find ourselves trusting God one day and drifting away the next. But we have the Holy Spirit dwelling within us—God’s presence with us and in us.

The prophets Haggai and Zechariah pointed forward to a Messiah who would come—and He did! Their fulfilled prophecies give us confidence that God’s promises about Jesus’ return will come true too.

Watch this week’s message from Minong and discover what it means to live in the “already” and the “not yet.”

Pastor Frank’s sermon in Solon Springs on Haggai was a gentle reminder to consider where our priorities lie. When we allow God to be our first priority, everything else naturally falls into its place.

Let’s consider where our priorities lie and invite God to be our main priority. Haggai serves as a powerful reminder that when God is at the center, He can accomplish far more than we ever could on our own. 🙏

✨ TESTIMONY TUESDAY ✨

We’re starting something new, and we want YOU to be part of it!

One Tuesday a month, we’re going to share a Testimony Tuesday post—and we want to fill the comments with stories of what God is doing in our lives right now.

Why?

Because sometimes we need to be reminded that God is still moving.

He isn’t stagnant. He isn’t just a name we talk about on Sunday. He is alive and active, working in our lives in ways both big and small.

When God does something in your life, share it!

Think about the people in the Bible who witnessed Jesus’ miracles. They didn’t keep quiet. They ran and told others what they had seen and experienced. Their testimony became part of how the Good News spread.

Your testimony can do the same thing.

- Maybe God answered a prayer.
- Maybe He provided when you didn’t know how things would work out.
- Maybe He gave you peace in the middle of a difficult situation.
- Maybe He opened a door.
- Maybe He restored something broken.
- Maybe He helped you overcome something.
- Maybe you simply saw Him working in an unexpected way this week.

It doesn’t have to be a huge miracle to be worth sharing.

Your story might be exactly what someone else needs to hear today.

So today is the day! Tell us what God is doing. 👇

Let’s celebrate what He’s doing in our lives, encourage one another, and build each other’s faith by reminding ourselves: GOD IS STILL MOVING.

What has God done in your life?

Tell us in the comments. ❤️

God has been in the business of rescuing and restoring His people since the beginning.

In Ezekiel, God’s message to Israel was simple: TURN. Don’t stay on the path that leads to destruction. Come back to Me.

And His message hasn’t changed.

God still calls us to turn toward Him, to allow Him to restore what has been broken, and to love others enough to speak up when we see them heading down the wrong path.

“Repent and live!” — Ezekiel 18:32

What does Ezekiel’s message to Israel have to say to us today? And what responsibility do we have to call others back to God?

Watch this week’s sermon and discover why rescue and restoration have been at the heart of God’s story from the beginning.

Are you ready for church tomorrow? Are you ready to worship?

Maybe your answer is no.

Maybe you feel far from God. Maybe you’ve wondered if you’ve gone too far, if God could really accept you—or if you’d even feel accepted in a church.

But here’s the good news: God is right here, waiting for you. ❤️

And so are we.

At The River Church, we want to come alongside you, build you up, and point you toward the feet of Jesus. You don’t have to have it all together. You just need to come.

Come as you are. Come weary. Come searching. Come needing a fresh start.

Come renew your spirit and let God restore the joy of His salvation in your life.

📍 Minong — 9:30 AM
📍 Solon Springs — 10:00 AM

We’re here. God is here. Come worship with us.

“Create in me a pure heart, O God,
and renew a steadfast spirit within me.
Do not cast me from your presence
or take your Holy Spirit from me.
Restore to me the joy of your salvation
and grant me a willing spirit, to sustain me.”
— Psalm 51:10–12
