This past week, we’ve been reflecting on Pastor Roy’s sermon on The Parable of the Prodigal Son, which he also called The Parable of the Loving Father, and the powerful picture it gives us of God’s grace and His pursuit of us.

In that same spirit, Tori shared her story of going from feeling lost to being found in Christ. Her testimony is a reminder that no matter how far we may wander, the Father’s love is always pursuing, always welcoming, and always restoring.

We are grateful for lives being changed and for the hope we have in Jesus, who calls us home.

Difficult seasons can be some of the places where we come to know God most deeply, not just in moments of peace but in the waiting, the uncertainty, and the stretching.

As a church, we are learning together that understanding who God is often comes through obedience when it does not make sense and listening for His voice when everything else feels loud. In these moments, faith grows one step at a time, not always with clarity but with trust.

On Saturday, June 20, we're partnering with the Northern Nevada Dream Center to serve families in the Gardnerville community through their Food Truck Ministry—and we'd love for you to join us.

Whether you can help load the truck, serve food, or unload afterward, your time can make a real impact.
