EN: After 8 years, the “Soul of the City” returns as a participant in Doors Open Milwaukee, an annual city-wide event that invites the public to tour more than 150 buildings and locations.

Visit the Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist during on Saturday, September 26, from 10 AM to 1 PM, and Sunday, September 27, from 2 PM to 5 PM. Our St. John Tour Guides will welcome all visitors and share more of our faith, history, and architecture. Come and see.

EN: Join us on Monday, September 07, at 9 AM to commemorate Labor Day, give thanks for the dignity of work, and ask our Lord for his intercession and strength for those who struggle to find an opportunity.

Due to the holiday, there will be no Morning Prayer at 8 AM, Evening Prayer at 5 PM, or Daily Mass at 5:15 PM. The office will be closed for the day.

Our Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist was blessed with the energy and dedication of Seminarians. During one special day, they served in different ministries throughout our community, from helping in the Open Door Café to improving different areas inside and outside the Cathedral. Their presence was an inspiring reminder of the joy of service. Thank you, Saint Francis de Sales Seminary, for sharing your time and commitment with the Mother Church.

Nuestra Catedral de San Juan Evangelista fue bendecida con la energía y la dedicación de los Seminaristas. Durante un día especial, sirvieron en diferentes ministerios en toda nuestra comunidad, desde ayudar en el Open Door Café hasta mejorar diversas áreas dentro y fuera de la Catedral.
