Today, we proudly celebrate the young leaders of Scout Troop 445!
Living out the Scout slogan, "Do a Good Turn Daily," these outstanding young men and women continue to make a positive impact throughout our community through service, leadership, and citizenship.
From assisting with St. Mark AME Church's Good Friday Community Meal and Food Pantry to serving as welcoming ambassadors for neighbors and guests, Troop 445 has demonstrated what it truly means to serve others with compassion and purpose.
We are grateful for their dedication, their willingness to lead by example, and their commitment to making our community stronger one act of service at a time.
Thank you, Troop 445, for representing the values of Scouting and the spirit of Christ through service.

It's the living spirit of God, igniting a new way of thinking, speaking, and being.

Today St. Mark AME Church pauses to honor and remember the life of Ezekiel Gillespie, a true pillar, builder, and servant whose impact will never be forgotten.
His dedication, faith, and love for the church and community helped shape and strengthen so many lives. Though he may no longer be with us physically, the seeds he planted, the prayers he prayed, and the legacy he leaves behind continue to live on.
We celebrate his life, his service, and the difference he made in the kingdom. Sending love and prayers to all family, friends, and everyone whose life he touched.
Forever remembered. Forever appreciated.
