So how did you get to spend your Sunday morning?
Did you just sleep in, have Sunday brunch (steak and egg, sausage, bacon, and scrapple), hang out by the pool or in the hot tub, or have a cookout on the grill (burgers, dogs and steak)?

Make sure you thank a farmer. They worked year round making sure their livestock has been fed and cared for so that YOU can eat. It doesn't matter to a farmer if it is Sunday, a holiday, their birthday, their anniversary or if they have the flu.
Work must be done.

When mother nature gives you this kind of weather you take advantage of it. No matter what!

☀️ Summer is here, and the work never stops at Church View Farm! 🚜

We’re in full swing getting cattle bred, preparing for Southeast Regionals, and putting up hay whenever the weather cooperates. Long days and busy schedules are all part of farm life this time of year!

If you see us out and about, give us a wave, honk the horn, or better yet—if it looks like we’re baking in the sun, bring us a bottle of water.

Here’s to safe & productive days, and another great summer on the farm!

Our long time family friend gone too soon.
There will never be another like James

It’s with profound sorrow that we compose this post. James unfortunately passed away from
cancer yesterday, surrounded by his loved ones at home.

He was a truly extraordinary individual who made a profound impact on numerous lives and unselflessly assisted many others before attending to his own needs.

He had many family and friends that were near and dear to his heart, including the Bowen’s Family. We are truly going to miss his wonderful smile and outgoing work ethic that helped many people along the way.

At this time please keep all of his family, friends and Bowen’s family in your thoughts and prayers.
