Life has storms that don’t always show up on your weather app.
Sometimes the storm is outside and sometimes the storm is within. They come as you face that unexpected tragedy, or wrestle with hard life situations that just don't seem fair.

If you have ever struggled when you look around with wondering why people who aren’t even trying to honor God seem to be doing just fine? If you've ever silently asked, "why them and not me" as someone gets the blessing that you have been praying for... Join us tomorrow for the message "A Shelter in the Storm” (James 5, Psalm 73).

James reminds us that patience gives perspective — God is still writing your story.
David reminds us that the sanctuary restores perspective — you see yourself, God & others differently when you step into God’s presence.

If you’ve struggled with comparison and low-key envy…
If your heart has felt shaken by recent storms of life…
If you’ve been honest enough to admit, “Lord, this doesn’t look fair”…

This week at Broken Grounds we are taking a deep and personal dive using the message of James 2:1-10 as our backdrop as we seek to discover both the importance and the impact of reaching out with love and compassion to all who would come to the table of hope, redemption & love.

We are thrilled to welcome guest speaker and founder of "Hands of Hope Ministries", Robert Fry to share his testimony and to invite us all to engage the hurting, the lost, & the broken around us in practical ways. Hands of Hope partners with Broken Grounds in serving the least of these in Wayne and Holmes County.

If you want to hear amazing stories of what God is doing right here at ground level in our local community & be challenged to grow & "go", you won't want to miss one of our gatherings tomorrow at 8:30 & 10:00
