The Free Little Library at Milford Presbyterian is now re-stocked with books for children, and is open for your reading pleasure. We will re-stock every couple weeks. Many thanks to our building/grounds team for taking care of eliminating the wasp nest and for re-sealing the unit to keep critters out. Enjoy🙏

✝️Join us in wishing a very happy birthday to our Music and Choir Director, and a Worship Committee leader, Sue Brooks. She is amazingly talented, as is our choir, and we are thankful for her presence. 🙏 Dear God, today we bring before you Sue on her birthday and pray for your blessings and guidance over her. Thank you for leading her and guiding her in life. Help her to know how loved and cherished she is. Bless and protect her in the year ahead. Amen🙏

The Caroline County Sheriff’s Office continues to monitor a storm system expected to bring severe weather to our area Monday afternoon and evening (March 16).

Current forecasts indicate the possibility of strong thunderstorms that could produce damaging winds, heavy rain, and tornadoes.
The Caroline County Sheriff’s Office is prepared to respond to emergencies if needed and will continue to monitor weather conditions throughout the day.

Residents are encouraged to stay weather aware and monitor local forecasts for updates.

Caroline Alert and CCSO social media pages will be used for important emergency notifications if conditions warrant.

Please consider sharing this information with friends and neighbors so everyone can stay informed and prepared.

✝️🙏Due to the extremely low temperatures and dangerous ice conditions, we will not have a worship service this Sunday, February 1, 2026.
If you are able to get out safely, please check on those who may need help getting groceries, medications, or other supplies. We can show God's love through acts of kindness in this way, especially when we are unable to gather for worship. 🙏✝️

Road conditions across Caroline County are continuing to deteriorate due to icy conditions, and travel is extremely dangerous at this time.
The Caroline County Sheriff’s Office is strongly advising everyone to stay home unless you absolutely must be on the road. Even short trips can quickly become hazardous as ice continues to develop on roadways, bridges, and secondary roads.
If you do not need to be out, please stay home and allow road crews and emergency services to operate as safely as possible.
Deputies will continue to patrol and respond to emergency calls, but your decision to stay off the roads helps keep you, first responders, and others safe.
We will continue to provide updates as conditions change. Please stay safe and check on neighbors who may need assistance.

Be prepared for emergencies: charge your phones, have back-up battery supply, water and food on hand, check in on your neighbors-especially elders, and know who to call if help is needed. Be safe.
