❤️ SOME JOURNEYS MEAN MORE WHEN YOU REMEMBER WHAT IT TOOK TO GET THERE. ❤️
This year, Love Elevation Church has walked through one of the greatest transitions in our ministry. If there’s one thing we’ve learned, it’s that WHO you transition with matters just as much as WHERE you’re going.
People often see the blessing, but they don’t always see the journey. They see the promise, but they don’t always see the prayers, the sacrifices, the tears, the uncertainty, and the faith it took to keep showing up.
That’s what makes this moment so special.
It’s the people you labor with, pray with, worship with, and serve alongside. The people who show up when everything is going well, but also when things are difficult. The people who understand that ministry isn’t always convenient, comfortable, or easy, but it’s ALWAYS worth it.
Can we take a moment to talk about the importance of GODLY LEADERSHIP? ❤️
True leaders don’t just show up when they feel like it. Sometimes they show up tired. Sometimes frustrated. Sometimes carrying burdens that others may never know about. Sometimes, they’re transparent enough to let you see that they’re human, too.
There’s something beautiful about those moments because the same leaders who have prayed for us, poured into us, encouraged us, and helped carry us through difficult seasons deserve to be lifted up, strengthened, and covered in prayer, too.
We’re not just a church that needs our leaders. We’re a church that has a responsibility to love and cover them, too.
Today, Apostle Dr. Anthony Ballard preached a message that couldn’t have been more timely:
🔥 “I’M CROSSING OVER, BUT I’M NOT FINISHED YET!” 🔥

One thing that stood out was this: “The camp is good if you plan on staying there.”
WHEW! 🔥
There comes a time when God calls you to break camp. To leave what’s familiar. To stop living in survival mode and start moving toward what He’s promised.
Here’s what we have to remember: The waters didn’t move until THEY moved!
Sometimes we’re waiting on God to remove the obstacle, and God is waiting on us to take the step of faith.
When the children of Israel crossed, they crossed on DRY GROUND! They didn’t have to swim, struggle against the current, or figure out how to get themselves across. God made a way!
The part that truly speaks to where we are as a ministry is this:
CROSSING OVER DOESN’T MEAN THE WORK IS FINISHED.
The promised land still had battles. There was still work to do, people to reach, and territory to possess.
The crossover wasn’t just for celebration. It was preparation for SERVANTHOOD!
That’s exactly where we are at Love Elevation Church.
Normally, we would share pictures from today’s service, but today feels different. Today, it seems only fitting to look back over the last EIGHT months.
Eight represents new beginnings, and we truly believe we’re walking into ours. ❤️
These pictures represent more than Sunday services. They represent faithfulness. They represent prayers that were prayed, sacrifices that were made, relationships that were strengthened, and a people who continued to believe God together.
We’re grateful for where God brought us FROM, but we’re even more excited about what He’s calling us TO.
Once we cross over, the REAL work of ministry continues.
There are still souls to reach, lives to impact, families to strengthen, people to love, and Kingdom work to do.
To the person reading this who may be searching for a church home, a fresh start, or simply somewhere to belong, WE INVITE YOU. ❤️
You don’t have to have it all together. Your race doesn’t matter. Your past doesn’t disqualify you. Your struggles don’t make you unwelcome. You don’t even have to have your relationship with God completely figured out.
There’s room for you here.
