We need your help! Our Annual First Responders Appreciation Luncheon is THIS Wednesday, September 9th from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.! We need assistance with set-up TOMORROW (Tuesday, September 8th) from 5-7 p.m. and for the event on Wednesday. Come and help even in you can't the entire time. We are also in need of provided brownies and cookies, which can be brought in tomorrow night. We are looking to spread the love to our community!

It's only six days away! Our Annual First Responders Appreciation Luncheon is Wednesday, September 9th from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.! Last year we served 250 meals - our goal this year is 350! We need help with set-up on Tuesday, September 8th from 5-7 p.m. and the day of the luncheon from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. (even if you can only help for part of that time) We are also in need of provided brownies and cookies. There are sign-up sheets in our lobby. Help us show our appreciation to those that take care of our community!!

Our ladies had a wonderful time of fellowship and picked up some valuable tips on brain health this morning during our Women's Group meeting. We enjoyed meeting and receiving plenty of helpful suggestions on the "Essentials of Brain Health" from special guest speaker Lynne Jordan, MA, BSN, RN, CDP of Paradigm Health.

Tomorrow, (Sunday, August 30th) is our Fresh Rain Worship Service. Since it is the fifth Sunday of the month, we will be worshipping only through music (there won't be a delivered message). Feel free to join us for our Pancake Breakfast prior to our 10:30 a.m. service for a special time of fellowship.
