The weather is not quite as beautiful as this picture, but it’s only cold and raining. We will be here this morning at our usual time and looking forward to seeing you. God bless you all.

Good news for those of us in the Pine Belt as the forecast shows the icy weather will be north of us. We plan to gather Sunday morning as usual. Pray for those in the storm.

It's now starting to look like the Pine Belt may miss the Freezing Rain and Ice altogether this weekend. Models continue to suggest a northern storm track, which would likely give us just a cold rain for both Saturday and Sunday. Temperatures will likely remain above freezing until the rain ends. Keep your fingers crossed that this holds.

Any water left on the roads will likely evaporate quickly thanks to strong gusty winds on Sunday night. Still, I can't rule out a few patchy problems.

Some of our ladies traveled to Meridian on this rainy morning to attend a women’s ministry brunch at Northpark Church of God. Crystal Colp gave a great message of encouragement to start off the new year. The food was delicious and the hospitality and fellowship a blessing. Thank you to Northpark for hosting us!

PASSION 2026
What an incredible weekend! 🙌 Our College Class returned from Passion Conference 2026 in Arlington and WOW — God showed up in a powerful way.
From the moment we arrived at Globe Life Field, there was energy, unity, and worship rising from thousands of college students coming together. It was amazing to see these kids lifting their arms in praise. We worshipped, we listened, we prayed — and more than anything, we were reminded that we’re part of a generation called to live for what matters most.

Thank you to all the parents, volunteers, and Godly leaders who made this trip happen — and thanks to everyone who prayed for us. We came back filled with hope, purpose, and a renewed desire to love Jesus with everything we have.
If you’ve never experienced something like this — or if you’ve ever thought about going — I hope you’ll consider it next time.

As we celebrate the birth of our Savior we pray that every person has a very Merry Christmas. Remember, there are no Wednesday Night activities until we start the New Year with our Greenhouse activities on January 7th.
