Known By Name Collective affirms and celebrates the 2SLGBTQIA+ community through brave youth spaces and trauma-informed worship. Known By Name Collective is a Christ-centered community of faith within the ELCA, rooted in radical welcome and deep care for the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. We exist for those who have too often been told—by the church or by the world—that there is no place for them at the ta

ble. We believe the opposite: that every person is known by name, beloved without condition, and worthy of joy, dignity, and belonging. We serve the wider Fox Valley, from Green Bay to Oshkosh, Wisconsin, creating affirming spaces where people can gather safely and authentically. Our ministry includes youth gatherings that offer connection, mentorship, and mutual support, as well as religious-trauma-informed worship for those who have been harmed by the church but still feel a longing for faith, meaning, or community. We are committed to meeting people where they are—without pressure, judgment, or expectation of becoming someone else. Here, questions are welcome, identities are honored, names are respected, and faith is approached with care, humility, and love. Whether you are exploring faith for the first time, returning after hurt, or walking alongside someone you love, you are welcome here just as you are.

Through pride month, we are highlighting voices and identities in different communities within the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. Tonight we will be praying and thinking of our Transgender and Non-Binary community. This also includes the various other identities under those umbrellas. This community absolutely IS a spectrum.

If you are unable to attend any of our services and have a prayer request for the group? Please leave a message on Facebook messenger or email Pastor Sommer and they will add it to the list.

During June, we will be celebrating and uplifting the diverse communities within the 2SLGBTQIA+ community as God's beloved and beautiful creation.

This Sunday, 7/14, we will be uplifting the transgender and non-binary community. Just as the 2SLGBTQIA+ community is not static, or linear, but a beautiful spectrum- so is the transgender and non-binary community! And what a gift that is of diverse creation.

At the conclusion of the service, Pastor Sommer will be offering Chosen Name blessings for those who wish to receive them.

Please join us at 6:00 p.m. at 918 N. Oneida Street on Sunday. If you cannot make it to our in-person service, please join our Facebook Live service on Tuesday, June 16th at 6:00 p.m. for a non-communion service. Pastor Sommer will also be offering Chosen Name blessings that day as well.

If you plan on going to Fox Valley Pride on Saturday, TOMMORROW- stop by our Front Porch, take a break from the crowds, color, grab a sticker, a water or lemonade, ear plugs if you need a little quiet, and just hang out with us!

We are so excited to not just be a sponsor for Fox Valley Pride this year, but also have our first booth at the festival.

Pastor Sommer AND one of the board members, Pastor Jason, are organizers.

Also look for two incredible q***r Christian artists: Spencer LaJoye and Flamy Grant!

Stop by, say hello, take a breather at our front porch for a while.

Hey hey hey!

Have you been SUPER nostalgic about being on a Prom Committee, never got the opportunity to be on a Prom Committee, or you just want to volunteer for our Pride Prom coming up on June 28th because it's going to be a really fun night that supports 2SLGBTQIA+ youth and young adults?!

Well, we sure have the opportunity for you! :)

We are looking for several volunteers for different things for our Pride Prom. Anything from set up to being a chaperone! And if you can't volunteer but would love to sponsor snacks or soda, or just want to donate to make sure the event goes off without a hitch?
