The first 1️⃣ and most important step🪜 in personal and professional development is not ‘doing’, but first thinking, BElieving, and BEcoming! Yet in today’s world of social media, AI 🤖, and conforming to society’s norms, it’s difficult to not get caught up in the trends and noise of who you “should be”.

God did not call you to just fit in and attempt be someone else. Don’t be comfortable with being a counterfeit 🥸when He designed you an original masterpiece 🖼️. Because at the end of the day counterfits are eventually exposed🔦⚡️

What I learned along the way is to “BE” my true self. When I started doing this, I attracted those who desired the results they saw from my transformational journey🛣️⤴️

The Pressures and Irritants of Life 💎⚪️

Many times God allows you to go through certain situations to experience what others have been experiencing in order for you to operate in that ability or gift you have been suppressing. This specific gift required an extreme awakening in order to start a much needed movement that only you were destine to begin.
Nature teaches us best. A diamond 💎 requires pressure in the process in order to BEcome a beautiful diamond. A pearl ⚪️ was formed because of an irritant that entered its shell. Both are valuable and a beautiful treasure 🪎just like you. Don't regret the process, because without it, you would never be your 'authentic' beautiful self. Others are waiting on you to help them manifest the beauty and freedom ⛓️‍💥that only your movement will bring to their lives. 🕊💙🦋

🌟🏦 Reflecting on Financial Literacy Month 🌟🏦

I am so grateful for the opportunity to be a panelist at The Day of Economics event, hosted by Paula A. of Paula Anderson Coaching & Consulting, LLC.

It was a privilege to share my insights on how soft skills influence the financial🏦 aspects of entrepreneurship. Soft skills, like effective communication and emotional intelligence, are vital in navigating the financial landscape of running a business.

I was in great company, sharing the platform with successful entrepreneurs and financial experts dedicated to empowering small businesses. A special highlight was the keynote speaker Terry Ross, Ph.D., who delivered an outstanding presentation on "The Autonomy of A Leader," leaving us all inspired and motivated.

Bridging Two Worlds: Leadership in The Workplace and Ministry

2️⃣ Common Principles:

🔵 Bear Fruit Wherever You Are 🍓🍇🍎📊: No matter where God places us, our calling is to bear fruit for Him. When we abide in Him and surrender to His leading, our lives will reflect His love and purpose.

🔵 Involve God in Your Decisions✝️📑💻: The tension between these two worlds often places us in difficult dilemmas, particularly in the workplace. Bring these struggles to the Lord, trusting Him for wisdom and clarity.

💭 If you find yourself in a leadership position in both areas, please share how you are managing these dual roles.

When God Had Anointed and Prepared You for The Work.

Little did I know that God had been preparing me for this assignment for over 20 years in corporate America and in ministry. He made it clear in 2025. I lost contracts due to the economic challenges. Financial hardship hit! 😩. I tried looking for a full time job to go back into corporate America even after God told me to STOP looking for a job… TWICE! I was still disobedient. Applied for several jobs where I was more than qualified! Crickets 🦗.

January 2026 brought clarity and I fully surrendered to God and this calling. Extra contracts and a strong presence in higher education along with divine alignments and collaborations started manifesting. Doors opened that I would have never imagined. I am in awe of God DAILY! These scriptures sums it up:

1️⃣ “Agree with God, and be at peace; thereby good will come to you. Receive instruction from his mouth, and lay up his words in your heart. If you return to the Almighty you will be built up; if you remove injustice far from your tents, if you lay gold in the dust, and gold of Ophir among the stones of the torrent-bed, then the Almighty will be your gold and your precious silver.- Job 22:21-25 ESV

2️⃣ “A man's gift maketh room for him, and bringeth him before great men.” Proverbs‬ ‭18:16‬ ‭KJV‬‬

3️⃣ “When a man's ways please the LORD, He maketh even his enemies to be at peace with him.”
Proverbs‬ ‭16‬:‭7‬ ‭KJV‬‬

4️⃣ “I tell you the truth, anyone who believes in me will do the same works I have done, and even greater works, because I am going to be with the Father. You can ask for anything in my name, and I will do it, so that the Son can bring glory to the Father. Yes, ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it!” - John‬ ‭14:12-14‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Yes, it’s a little scary and you may have to sacrifice some things. You will not have all the answers, but just do it anyway! If God has trusted you with a vision that will help HIS people and move them forward, you can best believe a way has already been made. But remember, God ALWAYS gets the GLORY, not you!

My word for you today is SURRENDER! Stop fighting what you have been called to do. No, it may not be popular, desirable, or even wanted by those who may see your work as a threat to them! But my question to that is; “are you going to be a people pleaser or please God? 🤔. Walk in your HOLY CONFIDENCE and BOLDNESS! You are made in Gods image and HIS Child. Abundance is your BIRTHRIGHT! You don’t owe anyone an explanation for the work God has you doing! What others think of you is none of your business! STAY FOCUSED! 👀

I pray this has encouraged you to move forward! No matter what the appearances may be, God is ALL there is and let the “God times roll” and so it is!
